Description
Increases the damage of Shadow Binding.
Prerequisites
- Cost: 2 TP
- Character Level Requirement: Level 55
- Skill Level Requirement: Level 10 Shadow Binding
- One point of this upgrade will allow the Dark Templar to move around during Shadow Binding without ending the hold early.
