Description
A bell tower built on Sarra Island to watch over Dusky Island.
It was built on Sarra Island, the highest island near the Watcher's Village, by the villagers to protect their village from the Maleficents and the malefic energy coming from Dusky Island.
The Dusky Island Watchers then set up a rotation and rules, and traveled to Sarra Island to monitor Dusky Island and communicate with the village using the bell in the bell tower.
Over time, however, Sarra Island became dangerous and the bell was mostly abandoned.
The bell still rings from time to time, and when it does, all the villagers stop their activities and observe a moment of silence.
