Gives the ability to move while using Hurricane and increases its attack strength.

- Requires level 10 Hurricane
- Requires level 65
- Max level: 2
- Cost: 1 TP

Notes
The movememnt speed increases the movement speed of the hurricane not your normal movement speed.
The skill maxes out at level 2 but you can use a Tactician's Contract to increase it to level 3.
