Quantum Casino is a special farming dungeon based on Harlem's Royal Casino that was added within the Season 8 - Act 01: Seon patch, replacing Storm-Called Castle entirely.
After accepting and completing [Solace of Kashipa] A New Rift quest to unlock the Side quest, [Solace of Kashipa] A Place in the Rift from NPC Hugh Fitzlary, players can gain access to this content where they can farm for 
Gold, numerous materials, renewed Artifacts for Creatures, and Dark Fragmented Abyss Equipment.
A VIP version was also included that offers extra rewards, but will require VIP Club Keys to enter.

Description
A new rift has been discovered with the dimensional storm. Hugh Fitzlary's observations warn that this rift holds both great fortune and unknown dangers. But nothing can be known or gained from a distance. You must get closer. You've got to learn more before the storm can play its tricks on you.

- Dungeon Entry Level: 110.
- Fatigue Points: 8 required.
- Party Mode: Solo only.
- Entry Materials: None (Normal/Expert), 20 VIP Club Keys (VIP).

- Expert - The top 30% level of Fame is required for entry, and will change every Tuesday.
VIP Dungeon System
At the start of Quantum Casino VIP, you are given five cards above your character's head that'll only draw face-up when defeating either Named or Boss Monsters per room. Each card consist of the four elements; 
Fire Element, 
Water Element, 
Light Element, 
Shadow Element, and an All Element variant. If an All Element card is drawn, it resets the remaining cards and changes them to the highest quantity.
Once reaching and eventually defeating Heart Cat, she'll drop a coin item that can be sold for a certain amount of gold depending on the card copies you've drawn before clearing the dungeon. (I.E. five Light Element cards = 1 Quantum Platinum Coin).
