Description
Periodically drops the energy of a thunder god onto surrounding enemies, inflicting Light damage and decreasing their Magical Def. for a set duration.
Wraps himself with the energy of a thunder god that endows certain skills with Light Attribute and 
Shock (Status) enemies.
