A player promoting their Starter Training Top into a Unique rarity.

The Equipment Tuning and Promotion is a system introduced within the Season 9, Act.01: Sunken Depths update that allows players to upgrade their level 115 Rare to Epic rarity equipment by increasing either the Overall Damage, Buff Power, and  Adventurer Fame for Weapons, and Set Points for Armor, Accessories, Specials and later their current rarity.

This can be done by going to either Mystical Grimoire in NPCs Seria's Room or Inventor Rolumber in Inae, City of Promise.

Restrictions

• Resetting the targeted equipment's Tuning progress through various means, will refund the amount of souls that was spent, excluding  Gold.
