Fairy Prince Philius is the prince of the Spirit World wielding a Spirit sword, and the boss of Ringwood Penitentiary.
Move List
- Spirit Sword - Winds up his sword apparatus and throws it forward, then pulls it back.
- Meteor Rain - Goes into the air and calls down meteors which strike the ground and leave trails of fire in their wake.
- Wind Spirit - Generates a green aura around him that will eventually detonate, knocking back anyone near him into the air.
