Base Stats
Your character's stats at level 1.
- MRec: The listed values are internal. In-game, the stat window's value is the listed number divided by 5/3. Also, the window's value updates only when MRec increases by a multiple of 3.
- Slayers have 20 shadow resistance and -20 light resistance. Fighters have 20 light resistance and -20 shadow resistance.

Stat Gains
Stat gain per level. Characters choose a sub-class at level 20 (this changed from level 18 as of the Revolution patch). Female classes gain 2.5 less HP and 2.5 more MP than their male counterparts (e.g., male Fighter gains 52.5 HP and 17.5 MP per level. Mages are an exception), thus only the first gender of that class will be listed.

Each subclass has a weapon type that is highlighted when receiving a choice from a quest. Often times this is not the same as the most commonly used by players. Typically these weapons will have bonuses to skills or special abilities associated with that subclass.
In the case of the Knight Subclasses, they are only able to equip their recommended weapon.
