Description
Heals allies and attacks enemies with a miracle light that has both healing and attacking properties.
This light, upon hitting an ally or enemy, moves from one character to another, healing HP for allies and inflicting Magic damage multiple times on enemies.
If there is no ally and only one enemy in this skill's initial range, then its Atk. increases.
If no character exists in its initial range, it's canceled.

- Miracle Shine will fail to activate if the Seraph is too far or facing away from a target.
