Raid Dungeons that's featured in Dungeon Fighter Online, are generally depicted as high-scaled, endgame content that come in several different phases (1 ~ 2) that eventually culminates with boss fights, and introduces multiple mechanics to test either the survivability or overall strength of those parties. Each raid implemented does not consume Fatigue Points, and has several prerequisites mainly in the form of Act Quests, can be fulfilled before gaining access to its channels alongside coordinating up to a total of 12+ players, or optionally preferring to run solo (Guide/Squad) modes by a specific time limit given in-game.

Except for Fiend War, most Raid Dungeons tend to be heavily centered around the Apostles, who play a major role in DFO's storyline. When participating in raids and successfully clearing them, players are then rewarded with various items within their inventory that tends to range from; Undaunted Determination.png Undaunted Determinations, Monster Cards, or Materials required to further enhance their Equipment to become more powerful.

Some Raids, in the case of Sirocco (Hard Mode), Ozma (Chaos Levels 1–3) and Bakal (Normal or Hard Mode), offers a Weekly Auction System after the final boss is defeated, in which players can use their Goldicon.png Gold to bid on various loot items (Enchanting Beads, Legendary Card Albums, Equipment Recipes, Materials for upgrading, Equipment Boxes or exclusive cosmetics). The highest winning bid of gold amounts from those items will be distributed through the mail to all participants. Currently, as of the Archer patch via Season 7 Act.07 ~ Shoot for the Stars, Sirocco and Ozma Raid's weekly auctions are no longer featured in the Global Client.
