Black Tiger Gragol is the former leader of Kashipa's Combat Unit Fang and later takes over Valley of the Half-breeds after overthrowing the village's previous head.

History

Gragol had no talent in magic, but he did not feel any regrets. He is strong without relying on it and he could have many things in the world without trouble. Despite that, he entered Kashipa to see the rulers of Pandemonium up close just what is special. After finding out, the answer that Gragol found was "nothing." There is nothing special in the world, except for this Black Tiger Gragol. He left the executive seat in Kashipa without reluctance and traveled outside of Harlem to make his own kingdom.

He does eventually come across the peaceful Valley of the Half-breeds where he overthrowns the previous leader named Benjamin and brought in Kisas from his old neighborhood to secure his rule over it while terrorizing neighboring villages.
