Teana Transformation must be Level 9+ to benefit from this seal effect.

Notes
- Teana Transformation/ Apostilize sets Abnormal Status Tolerances to 150 so that the user can take advantage of certain equipment that requires the user to be under status effects for its full set effects.
- Not recommended to learn unless using such equipment.
