Ispin, most commonly referred to as the Imperial Capital (皇都), Capital Island, or Central Island, is one of the four continental islands of Empyrean. It is located in the center of the other three islands and is the most densely populated, housing the majority of the Ziben population. In order to regularly fulfill the needs of the masses, the island is heavily dependent on its neighbor island Etten for electricity to fuel its industry and city-wide systems. As a result, pollution is prevalent within Ispin. It is said that the cloud of smoke hovering over the Capital can even be seen from Wespeace. Currently, the island serves as the center of commerce of Empyrean and the home of the Ziben Church along with massive cities like Ghent, City of God and Luft Hafen.

In recent years, the island has been under siege by an organization from Wespeace known as the Kartel.
