Description
The Elementalist becomes able to charge chargeable skills while moving. However, when moving with a charged skill, the Elementalist becomes more vulnerable to hostile damage.

- The Elementalist is still immobilized while casting the skill, but can move and charge once casting is finished.
- Due to the usefulness of the skill it is recommended to level this as much as possible to increase movement speed while charging.
