Description
File:AquaResonance.png Decreases the Water Resistance of nearby enemies and increases your Water Attack Strength.

Details
- Command Input:
- Casting Time: 0.5 seconds
- Skill Type: Active
- SP Cost: 35
- Cooldown: 10 seconds
- Duration: 120 seconds (30 seconds in PvP) at all levels
- Nearby enemies will be knocked down upon successful cast.
- Enemies afflicted by water resistance reduction are shown to have water droplet visual effects.
