Vetala: "Our village was unaffected and remained peaceful, all thanks to Silver Crown. Are you planning to stay here or will you be leaving soon for somewhere else?"

<Player>: "I don't have a place to go, yet. By the way, what's that black smoke that attacked Seria? She called it the Black Nightmare."

Vetala: "About that... Nothing much about it is known. I didn't think it would be so threatening to people. I was wrong."

<Player>: "Isn't it dangerous that the Nightmare is growing bigger? More villagers could fall victim to it."

Vetala: "It is, and someone has offered his help with it. I thought he'd be here by now, but he isn't and it's making me worried."

Morgan: "Vetala, someone entered Luteon. A villager tried to stop him, but he entered it anyway."

Vetala: "If he's Sir Aganzo, I wouldn't worry, but the forest is too dangerous for anyone else."

<Player>: "Sir Aganzo? Is he famous around here? Well, I saw where he was heading. I'll go fetch him in case he's lost."

Upon Completion Vetala: "Welcome back. You've met Sir Aganzo. I'm glad both of you are safe."

Aganzo: "More monsters are affected by the Nightmare than I thought. I couldn't seal all of them, but at least the worst of them are taken care of."

<Player>: "What do you mean?"

Aganzo: "The Nightmare that has befallen the spirits of Abnova can be dispersed, but only temporarily."

Morgan: "It can't be left alone, so I asked around and heard that Sir Aganzo and his colleagues had found a way to contain the Nightmare: seal it while it's inside animals."

Aganzo: "Monsters, when they are first affected by the Nightmare, fall asleep, and then wake up frenzied. We've been sealing them away while they're asleep, so the Nightmare will be sealed away along with them. It seems to be the only solution for now. Guardian, I took care of the Nightmare in Abnova, but not completely. You should warn your people to keep clear of the forest for a while. I should leave now. I have to lock those sealed monsters inside the Iced Wall of Resignation, lest they wake up again. Please excuse me."

The Empire lost it in a war long before the Great Metastasis, but its traces still remain, and one of them is Ringwood Penitentiary. It held dissidents of the Empire, and its treatment of its prisoners was infamous. Now haunted by the angry spirits of the victims, it's dreaded even by the Spirits of Darkness. When I took office in this place, I sealed the place off, but the seal must have been broken by whoever is responsible for maddening phenomenon of the Spirits. I need to talk to Philius. The younger leader of the Fairy World can help us address this situation. While I talk to Philius, could you go to Ringwood Penitentiary and look for the female adventurers? But whatever happens, don't go down to the basement. No one knows what lurks in there."
