Leon Heinrich De Los III is the current emperor of the De Los Empire. As emperor, he has the ambitious desire to expand the territory of his empire and reclaim the glory of the Pelos Empire of the past. He will go to any means necessary, ignoring all minor accidents and problems to achieve his goals. Additionally, he shows great interest in Pandemonium and its Terranite, using it to generate deadly weapons and massive energy. In the past, Leon has had several concubines and children, one of which being Imperial Princess Isabella.
He has been known to have connections with a mysterious hooded individual and to initiate secret research facilities to study the power of Terranite.
