Noubillus was a Grim Seeker that operated within Noire Ferra, alongside Candidumnex and Nigrumnex to protect Delezie. Whether or not they were aware that only a shade of the Apostle, known as Phantasmal Delezie, was present within the fallen dark elf city is unclear.
