The more Cloth Armor you have equipped, the more powerful the skill's effects.
Increases more Max MP, Casting Speed, and Vitality than general 
Cloth Armor Mastery.

- Obtained automatically upon class changing into a Nen Master.
- Cannot be reset to level 0.
