Notes

• Adds chance to inflict immobilize status enemies when they are initially hit with  Mark the Target!.
• Immobilize greatly improves summon ability to dps as it prevents summons from pushing targets away from other summons.
• Works very well with summons that have a hard time hitting mobile enemies like  Contract: Big Sis Louise! ice needles or  Greater Spirit: Aquarius ice missiles since it prevents enemies from moving, allowing them to deal maximum damage.
