• Can travel farther and faster as its level increases.
• Available to grapplers, nen masters, and brawlers from Albert Bernstein at a rate of 50SP per level, capped at level 10. In comparison, strikers can advance torpedo at a rate of 25SP per level and can take advantage of the full cap.
