이것은 형태가 없던 어비스가 점차 결정화되어가는 과정을 말한다. 물론 자연스러운 일은 아니다.
그들이 행하는 모든 것에 자연스러운 것은 없다.
어비스가 결정화되면 밟고 있는 대지도, 숨 쉬는 공기도, 심지어 몸 속에 흐르는 혈액마저 결정화되어간다.
산것도 아니며 죽은 것도 아닌 상태. 마법을 위해서만 존재하는... 생존을 위해 육체마저도 그 일부분으로 바꿔버린
마법사들의 비애.
감정 또한 점차 얼어붙어 너무나도 냉혹해졌으며 육체에서는 차가운 한기만이 흘러나온다. 그들은 점차 인간에게서부터 멀어져 간다.
이미 인간이 아닌 마법사. 인간이기를 포기한 마법사. 살아 있는 것들에서 멀어져 정령에 가까워져 버린 마법사.
마법을 위해 모든 것을 버린 그들의 가슴에는 얼음꽃을 닮은 작은 어비스가 자리 잡고 있다.
그것이 바로 프로즌 하트라 칭송되는 자들이다.

Flowers Bloom in the Abyss.

Because of the nature of the Abyss, eventually its shapeless form will coalesce into something real.
Of course, this is not something that naturally happens. There is nothing natural about anything they do.
Once the Abyss is solidified, the land that they walk upon, the air that they breathe in,
even the blood that runs through their body will crystallize. They will neither be alive nor dead.
They will exist only for the purpose of magic...

Imagine the grief of mages who gave up part of their physical being just to survive.
A cold heart is all that is left after their change so drastically.
They become more and more detached from others.
They can hardly be considered human, really.
So far from being alive, the mages are closer to being spirits.
In the heart of the mages who have given up everything for magic,
only the Abyss is real, suspended as though an icy flower in a dark place.

These are the Hell Freezers.

The flowering of the Abyss

indicates the crystallization of the Abyss that is originally shapeless. This is, of course, not a natural phenomenon.
Nothing related to these mages is natural, either.
Crystallized Abyss causes the crystallization of everything else—the ground that they step on, the air that they breathe out, and even the blood in their bodies.
Neither dead nor alive, these mages exist only to practice their magic, and even have turned their bodies into a part of it.
Over time, they deviate farther and farther away from being human, their hearts gradually freezing into blocks of ice that are incapable of emotions, their bodies releasing cold vapor.
Eventually, they are no longer human. They have given up on their humanity, just so they can get closer to the element that they commanded.
These mages who gave up everything for their magic have Abyss shaped like a snowflake upon their chests.
They are called the Hell Freezers.
