Herring Archipelago or Resort City is a Empyrean village consisting of a group of small islands located in Northpiece. Players can access this area from Ghent and must be Level 103 to enter.

Town Background
A group of small islands to the west of Ispin Island. Centered around Peace Island in the heart of the Herring Archipelago, these small islands are collectively known as Resort City because of their pleasant weather and beautiful natural environment, which makes them a perfect vacation spot. [1]
