1st Chronicle

Chronicle items are special equipment items that must be quested for in order to obtain. The first quest to obtain Chronicle items is given by Albert at level 47. The items can only be obtained in order, starting from the Accessories, followed by Armor, and the Weapon last. Chronicle items have a high amount of Exorcism Parameter which is helpful in Otherverse dungeons.

Chronicle Sets

Chronicle equipment is composed of accessories, defense equipment, and weapons. With respect to defense equipment, there are 5 different armor masteries/types that can be worn to aid specific classes and subclasses.

Chronicle Quests

Quests are primarily given by Albert Bernstein, and the unique materials he needs can be obtained by completing the quests found in the Bulletin Board after accepting Albert's quest. It is possible to get another Chronicle Item after finishing one of the quests (if you've chosen the wrong item or accidentally disassembled it, etc. ), however you must give a Very large amount of Chaos Stones (see below) to Albert to get a replacement.

With the Rebirth patch, the quests have been revamped to make them easier to complete than before. It's highly recommended to at least get the Accessories if you plan on doing any of the Otherverse dungeons.

  • Total Items Needed for Quests
    • 360+15 Chaos Stones (+15 Chaos Stone needed for upgrading the Accessories)
    • Low Grade Elemental Crystal x1080
    • Spirit Crystal x180
    • Omen of Calamity x120

Note that this does not include any entry items you may need for the Ancient Dungeons.

Accessories

Completing the quest for the accessories will yield an incomplete Aura Accessory which can be upgraded into the Chronicle accessory of your choice through recipes sold by Linus for 10,000 gold. 5 additional Chaos Stones will be needed to upgrade the incomplete accessories. You must be at least Level 47 to do the Accessory quests.

Aura Ring

Albert wants the following items:

  • Enriched Icy Demon Stone - Collect 100 Icy Demon Stones from the green lady mobs in Ice Palace and bring them to Orca. Each mob can drop from 0-5 stones. The ones summoned from Rossi do not count.
  • Blade Stone - Bring 15 Chaos Stones to Kargon.
  • Middle Ocean's Teardrop - Bring 120 Low Grade Elemental Crystals and 120 Spirit Crystals to Roger Levin.

Aura Armlet

Albert wants the following items:

  • Enriched Icy Demon Stone - Collect 40 Rossi's Demon Stones from the boss of Ice Palace on Master's Road or higher. Rossi can drop 3-5 stones per run.
  • Blade Stone - Bring 120 Low Grade Elemental Crystals to Cinda.
  • Mini Dragon Stone - Bring 15 Chaos Stones to Lorianne.
  • Bring all three unique materials to Albert Bernstein to receive the Aura Armlet.

Aura Necklace

Albert wants a Praire Stone. This can be obtained by completing a quest chain from Sharan.

  • Collect 4 Traces of Fallen Mana from Smilla's Child on floor 14 of Tower of the Dead. Smilla drops 1~2 Traces per run.
  • Collect 2 Mana Seals that randomly drop from floors 5, 15, 25, and 34 of Tower of the Dead. These are fairly random drops.
  • Collect 10 Traces of Mana Seals from Mages in Tower of the Dead and 25 Chaos Stones.

Armor

Shoes

Albert wants a Prairie Stone. This can be obtained by completing a quest chain from Sharan.

  • Bring the Prairie Stone to Albert Bernstein to receive your choice of chronicle shoes.

Belt

Albert wants an Enriched Prairie Stone. This can be obtained by completing a quest chain from Klonter.

  • Klonter wants 5 Wind, Light, Fire, Guardian, and Ice Demon Stones from the knights in King's Relic. Knights drop from 0-3 stones.
  • Bring Klonter 30 Chaos Stones
  • Bring Klonter 100 Neutral Demon Stones from the Champion and Boss mobs in GBL Hatchery. Champions drop from 1-5 stones. Boss drops 1-8 stones.
  • Bring the Enriched Prairie Stone to Albert Bernstein to receive your choice of chronicle belt.

Shoulder

Albert wants an Ultra Prairie Stone. This can be obtained by completing a quest chain from Klonter.

  • Bring the Ultra Prairie Stone and 25 Chaos Stones to Albert Bernstein to receive your choice of chronicle shoulders.

Pants

Albert wants you to collect a Superior Grade Blue Gale Stone, Time Stone, and Thorn Stone. You must be Level 48 to get this quest.

  • Superior Grade Blue Gale Stone - Bring Pungjin 30 Blue Gail Stones from Weredog Hakudo in the Brigand City dungeon. Hakudo drops 1-6 Stones.
  • Time Stone - Bring Canna 200 Low Grade Elemental Crystals and 80 Thief's Nails from the Mad Brigands inside Brigand City. Enemies in Brigand City may drop 0~1 Nails.
  • Thorn Stone - Bring Canna 25 Chaos Stones after receiving the Time Stone.

Bring Albert the materials from the above quests, and you'll get Incomplete Armor.

  • Sharan wants 40 Cold Mortal Menace from Tower of the Dead and 30 Chaos Stones to receive Arctic Mortal Menace. Cold Mortal Menace appear randomly after defeating APCs (mostly above the 15th floor). They may drop 0~3 Cold Mortal Menaces.
  • Bring Albert the Arctic Mortal Menace and Incomplete Armor.
  • Talk to Cinda and bring him 60 Spirit Crystals and 120 Low Grade Elemental Crystals. You'll have your choice of chronicle pants to choose from.

Top

Albert wants an Enriched Prairie Stone. This can be obtained by completing a quest chain from Grubeck. You must be Level 50 to get this quest.

Bring the Enriched Prairie Stone to Albert to receive Incomplete Armor.

Weapon

You must be Level 50 and have completed all previous 1st Chronicle item quests in order to get this quest.

  • Talk to Linus, then bring him 20 Ultra Prairie Stones from Hyper Mecha Tau in Vilmark on Expert's Road or higher. Mecha Tau drops 0-10 stones per run.
  • Bring Linus 20 Amnesia Stones from the Giant Nugol in Screaming Cavern on Master's Road or Higher. Giant Nugol will drop 0-10 stones per run.
  • Bring Linus 15 Chaos Stones, 120 Low Grade Elemental Crystals, and 120 Omen of Calamity to receive an Incomplete Weapon.

Sharan will give the quests for the next part of the Weapon quest chain.

  • Talk to Sharan and bring her 100 Tower Stone Debris from the 10th floor and higher of Tower of the Dead to receive a Tower Stone. Each APC can drop 0-4 debris.
  • Bring Sharan 30 Amnesia Stones from the bosses of Odessa Streets and Verderia to receive a High Grade Amnesia Stone. Each boss drops 1-8 stones.
  • Bring Linus 25 Chaos Stones and 120 Low Grade Elemental Crystals as well as the items from the previous two quests.

Talk to Valena for the next part of the quest.

  • Bring Valena 10 Enriched Icy Demon Stones from the Tarantula in Skasa's Lair on Master's Road or higher to receive a Ultra Icy Demon Stone. Tarantula drops 0-3 stones.
  • Bring Valena 30 Mini Dragon Stones from Skasa the Ice Dragon in Skasa's Lair on Master's Road or higher to receive a Dragon Demon Stone. Skasa drops 1-6 stones.
  • Bring Linus 60 Chaos Stones and 200 Low Grade Elemental Crystals as well as the items from the above quests. You'll have your choice of Chronicle Weapons to choose from.

Chronicle Replacements

It is possible to get another Chronicle Item after finishing one of the quests (if you've chosen the wrong item or accidentally disassembled it, etc. ), however, you must take a quest from Albert and give a ludicrous amount of Chaos Stones to him to get a replacement.
