What we love is not just this forest. The whole nature surrounding entire arad is something that we all should love and protect.
In Gran Flores, the shining forest, mysterious race called ‘Fairies’ lived. While having long lifespan and beautiful appearance, they didn’t like to fight and usually didn’t go out of forest. However, if it was for the peace of forest they always took part in battle with their bows and magics, thus monsters and outlanders didn’t dare to get close to their forest. It seemed like peaceful life of fairies would last for eternity.
One day, the empire invaded fairies’ forest with overwhelming forces. It was attack without warning. Fairies who lived away from conflict with human couldn’t stand against such sudden attacks. In a hurry they [fairies] went out for defense, but it couldn’t outmatch empire which used all sort of tricks to take over all continent. Blue trees of the Gran Flores were engulfed by flame.
However, fool ambition of emperor called wild resistance. Some of the Templars of the empire who was against reasonless war stood against empire in the name of peace, the virtue that they should have safeguard originally. It was led by templar leader Crowell. He formed alliance with fairies and started to counter-attack. This historic war lasted for longer than 30 years.
After so much blood soaked whole field, war ended as allied’s victory. At the place where foolish emperor was executed the coronation of Emperor crowell took place. Fairies watched it in VIP seat {sounds odd to use term VIP here…}. It was the beginning of the new era. New emperor promised many rewards. There were something they deserved, but fairies refused all and quietly returned to their forest. Land other than the forest was not place for them to live, Things that does not come from forest was not something they could have. Even after severe war, they were still fairies.
However it didn’t mean fairies did not changed at all while communicating with human. Some fairies learned to use sword and shield. Fairy who use both power of nature and power of human appeared. They are the knights of the fairies, Elven Knights. After taking part in war as flower of battlefield, they volunteered to be messenger of peace, then they plead for peace and arbitrated conflicts as they travel through Arad. Thanks to their effort, Fairies, humans, and dark elves could get past old misunderstanding and hatred. Leaders of each race gathered in the Gran Flores Meeting place to sign a treaty for everyone’s coexistence and harmony. It was the true beginning of peace of the Arad.

Awakening as a Peacemaker
Fairy says, the life of Fairy is like starlight that, it does not show in daylight when the Sun brightly shines upon everything, and hides in many stars even in night covered by darkness. It’s meant to be ‘the reason why they are satisfied in the Gran Flores despite of ancient knowledge and magic is because that’s their nature.’ It’s not like Dark elven's xenophobic aspect. They recognize their duty is to protect the forest, and follow their duty. For human, who tries to cover entire world with their own color, it’s way of life that’s hard to understand. The one who takes care of trees without being affected by other races’ madness, the one who believes that’s the reason why they exist and it’s their value. they are the fairies.
“But as mountain becomes wilderness, and river runs over it, we started to misunderstand something. The idea of only protecting the Gran Flores is that.”
It looked like if countless scar on body of the girl – who was standing in the center of meeting as representative of all Elven Knights – was talking of her experiences in many battlefields. However, no matter how big the scar was, it couldn’t harm the dignity and grace of the one who was leading many others into right way. It was opposite. Like the torch in the middle of darkness is more visible, a voice as clear as dawn’s dew highly resonated over the Gran Flores Meeting place.
“What we love is not just this forest. The whole nature surrounding entire arad is something that we all should love and protect. We can’t ignore trees and flowers of the Arad who just survived the flames. We must go out of the Gran Flores.”
Fairies were perplexed. They only thought of coming back to the Gran Flores to protect there after war was over. They lost so many things but sand of time would cover the scar of war. Many questions and anxiousness was shown. But the girl shook her head.
“Not in order to not fight with other races, but to protect the Arad we must plant the peace. Arad birthed and raised fairies, so fairies must protect the arad in return, isn’t it? If we get stuck in the forest again, it’s same as we are betraying the Arad.”
Finally the fairies agreed. They realized that it was time for them to get out of giant cradle called the Gran Flores. After dismissed, they chose good day and called the girl again at the meeting place. They called her as the true leader who will lead them. Later, the story of her activities to spread to peace throughout unstabilized [destabilized] Arad after long war, it’s well known story for current Aradians.
However, this beautiful story does not have any clear protagonist. Because name of the girl is still being hidden at her own will. But we can’t just have the best Elven Knight, the beloved girl of the nature trapped in tasteless print of ‘one fairy girl.’ Thus, I suggest we call her as ‘Peacemaker.’ For her achievements is her name, even her – who might still be out there somewhere – wouldn’t deny little nickname from descendant.

- Collect 10 White Cubes, 10 Red Cubes, 100 Superior Hardeners, and 100 Superior Irons.
- Clear the 30th floor of the Tower of the Dead.
- Obtain 10 Powerful Essences from APCs in Tower of the Dead or Tower of Illusion.
- Collect 60 Chaos Stone Debris, 80 Seals of Empress Skardi, and 120 Seals of Emperor Helm.
