There are those who always stand in the front line during battles and bravely defeat their foes.
They are charmed and intoxicated by the destructive force emitted by the 'Demonic Lance' and thrives to face stronger foes.
Those who tempered by battles with their life on the line are called 'Vanguard'. It's the name befits those who stand in ahead of
everyone.
Immediately after a battle, heading towards the next battleground, they do not know the meaning of stopping and continues to run.
They do not fear death and behind their back are numerous soldiers. Not suppressed by his inferior side,
the fighting spirit and vitality of 'Vanguards' can lead to victory.
However, they are many who hates their aggressive nature, other 'Demonic Lancers' who are shy of their 'Demonic Lance'
tend to intensely exclude 'Vanguards'.
Despite already looking down on them, they are some 'Demon Lancers' attacking 'Vanguards' in order to kill them.
However, this is a golden opportunity for 'Vanguards'.
Even if they're his comrades, they won't let go of their chance to further improve the strength of their 'Demonic Lance'.
Cruel and fierce warrior, 'Vanguard'.
Their lives are short and their demise is not pretty.
It's as if they're a wave. They are the wave fiercely raging, but the crushed by crashing into a boulder.
However, not all 'Vanguards' become a droplet and scatter. There are waves crushed by a boulder, but also waves that can crush the boulder.
There are minority of 'Vanguards' who survives from endless battles and refine their 'Demonic Lance's strength further.
Their sharp lances can't be matched with just a sturdy shield and its very tough to survive against them.
If by a small chance do meet a 'Vanguard' in battle, flee or surrender yourself.
It's the only way to survive against those who refuse to coat their lance with blood of a coward.
Giving into the temptations of the Demonic Lance for sheer power, the Vanguard engages the battlefield with slow yet powerful AoE attacks and the ability to chain regular attacks with stronger skills.
- At level 50, the Vanguard awakens as a Revenant. At level 75, the Revenant awakens as a Warlord.
- His subclass cosmetic effect is a fiery red aura engulfing the shaft of his weapon.
- His second subclass cosmetic effect has the red aura engulfing the entirety of his weapon, occasionally releasing a burst of red energy,
